We headed to McAlester to have Christmas with my moms family.
My grandma Sandy always does fried chicken. It is AMAZING!!!
The cousins have reunited!!!

Beau got me Just Dance 3 for the wii & these are just some fun pictures of us playing that. We had the best time!! Lots of laughs!
The kids were so cute doing it! They actually did pretty good!
This was definatley one of our best Christmas'. I feel so blessed!!
We have never woke up on Christmas morning to open gifts but we did this year. We started out reading out of Luke the story of Jesus.
It was fantastic!!

Not like we expected... Piper woke up CRANKY!! She said "No, Santa did not come". Thankfully she cheered up quickly!

Piper has been wanting this pink basketball. Can't wait til she gets a little bigger & can put her in basketball!!!

I got up Christmas eve morning & made these fun pancakes for the family :)
Then Beau helped me get the turkey ready. We were excited to have our own Christmas dinner at our own home with just us!
I did lots of cooking & loved it!
Turkey, dressing, corn casserole, green bean casserole, mashed potaoes, rolls, & gravy. For dessert.... Cherry cheesecake & chocolate pie! YUM! It all turned out great!
We headed to our wonderful church that evening for the candle light, Lord's supper. It was wonderful! We were so glad we went. We are blessed to be part of such a wonderful church!
Piper was sooo good at church. We loved being reminded of why we celebrate Christmas.
Then we came home & Piper put out the reindeer food. She was so excited to do that.
Then we got cookies ready for Santa.
It was fun!
Then dad read "Twas the Night Before Christmas".
Piper left a note with milk & cookies for Santa.
We also watched lots of Christmas movies & just enjoyed the day. It was absolutley fantastic!
One night we headed to Creekmore to ride the train & see the lights. It was wonderful.

The next night we headed to watch Alvin & the Chipmonks: Chipwrecked. Way cute! It was a good movie! Piper absolutley LOVED it!
Piper's favorite was Britney.
